Midnight madness
I can never sleep properly at night. I'm having this kind of problem ever since I don't know when. My sleeping hour is always at 2am even when I'm so tired I can't really go to sleep early And even when I'm FINALLY asleep, I always wake up at don't know whenever my body wants me to wake up. 3am or freaking 5am and I can never go back to sleep again once I woke up.
And these few days, it's getting even worse. I cant never go to sleep until it's 5am. Right now it's 4am and I'm widely awake. Damn
I went to the doctor and they can never explain why or at least give me real good advise for this. NONE.
And so I'd talk to so many people about this and find out actually there's a lot of people like me especially girls.
Don't know if I ever tell you that I'm actually studying nutrition. FINALLY I came to one explaination that I think very helpful and works fine on me with this kind of syndrome. Unless you are suffering from other sickness or mental issue then this is really easy problem to solve. You can't sleep properly at night is because your body is trying to tell you that there's something wrong with your body. And the problem with this is because your body is lack of calcium. Yes I said Calcium. Try consume few pills of calcium before you go to sleep it should help you sleep and having a better sleeping quality. Especially for ladies, we run out calcium lot more faster than guys do. Should take care of it earlier.
I took Calcium from the famous 80 years old supplement brand Nutrilite and it works so much better than any other that I tried. I have tons of reason why and I can type it all the way down here with all the element in it but well maybe next time. You can ask me if you want to.
